The invention discloses an inductive coupling communication device which comprises a three-fork mooring cable connecting piece, a support, an inductive coupling module, a mechanical rotating ring and a plastic-coated steel cable. The three-fork mooring rope connecting piece is fixed to the support and is of an inverted-triangle-shaped structure, two upper connecting points are used for being connected with two mooring ropes on the subsurface buoy body, the lower connecting point is connected with the upper mechanical rotating ring lifting lug, and the lower mechanical rotating ring lifting lug is rotationally connected with the plastic-coated steel rope. The upper lifting lug and the lower lifting lug of the mechanical rotating ring can rotate by 360 degrees around the central axis of the mechanical rotating ring; meanwhile, the plastic-coated steel cable penetrates through the inductive coupling switching module, a measuring instrument is hung on the plastic-coated steel cable, and the inductive coupling module receives an electric signal on the plastic-coated steel cable through electric/magnetic/electric conversion and then transmits the electric signal to a control cabin in the subsurface buoy body for subsequent signal processing and data storage. The problem that a submerged buoy anchoring connecting piece, a plastic-coated steel cable and the like are mutually wound can be effectively solved, and double tasks of anchoring/communication are completed.

    本发明公开了一种感应耦合通信装置,包括三叉系留索连接件、支架、感应耦合模块、机械转环及包塑钢缆;三叉系留索连接件固定在支架上,三叉系留索连接件为倒三角型结构,上两个连接点用于连接潜标主体上的两根系留索,下连接点连接机械转环上吊耳,机械转环下吊耳与包塑钢缆转动连接,机械转环上、下吊耳均能绕机械转环中心轴360度转动;同时,包塑钢缆穿过感应耦合转接模块,包塑钢缆上挂载测量仪器,感应耦合模块通过电/磁/电转换,接收包塑钢缆上的电信号,再传输到潜标体内的控制舱中,进行后续信号处理和数据存储。本发明能够有效化解潜标锚系连接件、包塑钢缆等相互缠绕问题,完成锚泊/通信的双重任务。
