The invention discloses a commercial vehicle lightweight carriage structure with ultra-high strength steel as a base material and a manufacturing method thereof.The commercial vehicle lightweight carriage structure comprises a carriage structure body formed by assembling a bottom plate, a front plate, a rear door plate and side plates, longitudinal beams are fixedly connected to the outer side face of the bottom plate, and the longitudinal beams are parallel to the length direction of the bottom plate; a first trapezoid groove, a second trapezoid groove and a third trapezoid groove are formed in the bottom plate, the rear door plate and the side plates in the length direction of the bottom plate, the rear door plate and the side plates respectively, the first trapezoid groove, the second trapezoid groove and the third trapezoid groove are the same in shape, and the groove bottoms of the first trapezoid groove, the second trapezoid groove and the third trapezoid groove are bent outwards to form arc-shaped trapezoid grooves. By means of the design of the lightweight structure and the design combined with the hot forming process, it is possible to prepare the commercial vehicle compartment through the ultra-high-strength steel, compared with the existing common-strength steel combined with the cold forming process, the amount of the compartment with the same load capacity is reduced by more than or equal to 30%, and the large-scale commercial application potential is achieved.
本发明公开了一种以超高强度钢为基材的商用车轻量化车厢结构及其制造方法,包括用底板、前板、后门板以及边板组装形成车厢结构,所述底板的外侧面固定连接有纵梁,所述纵梁与底板的长度方向平行设置,所述底板、后门板以及边板沿其长度方向分别设置有第一梯形槽、第二梯形槽以及第三梯形槽,第一梯形槽、第二梯形槽以及第三梯形槽形状相同,均为槽底朝外弯曲成弧形的梯形槽。本发明通过轻量化结构的设计以及结合热成形工艺的设计,使采用超高强度钢制备商用车车厢成为可能,相比于目前采用普通强度钢结合冷成形工艺,相同载重量车厢减量≥30%,具有大规模商业化应用的潜力。
