    本发明涉及车辆构件技术领域,具体提供一种用于车辆的镶嵌压铸构件及其加工方法及车辆。为解决现有后地板总成连接强度低、合格率低、重量大、压铸设备成本高的问题,本发明的镶嵌压铸构件包括冲压嵌件和压铸构件,冲压嵌件与压铸构件通过镶嵌压铸工艺一体压铸,其中,冲压嵌件上形成有切舌结构和切口,切舌结构嵌入压铸构件内,压铸构件嵌入切口内,以使压铸构件与冲压嵌件形成锁合连接。本发明通过冲压嵌件局部取代压铸成形,相较于取消冲压件的全压铸工艺,压铸重量及压铸成形力降低,减小了压铸机吨位,切舌结构和切口与压铸构件熔焊连接,提高了连接强度,并减少了后续焊装工序,提高成品合格率以及加工效率。
