The invention provides a control method and device and a first vehicle, and the control method comprises the steps: obtaining the vehicle information of a second vehicle under the condition of determining that the first vehicle is in a vehicle meeting state; obtaining a relative spatial position parameter between the first vehicle and the second vehicle; obtaining current road parameters corresponding to the first vehicle; and based on the vehicle parameters of the first vehicle, the vehicle information of the second vehicle, the relative space position parameter and the current road parameter, a backing strategy of the first vehicle is determined, and the backing strategy is used for controlling the first vehicle to avoid the second vehicle.
