According to the embodiment of the invention, the surrounding environment information of the vehicle can be collected in real time, the traffic jam condition is judged according to the surrounding environment information of the vehicle, the vehicle following time interval is dynamically adjusted, and the passing efficiency of a road jam scene is improved.
