The invention discloses an inspection platform for a subway signal machine room. The inspection platform comprises a chassis, two motors, two encoders, an infrared obstacle avoidance sensor, an infrared tracking sensor, a controller and two driving wheels, each motor is connected with one encoder and one driving wheel, and the infrared tracking sensor is used for sensing a path belt arranged on the ground of the subway signal machine room; the controller is connected with the motor, the infrared obstacle avoidance sensor, the infrared tracking sensor and the encoder; the encoder detects the rotating speed of the motors, and the controller controls the rotating speed of the two driving wheels driven by the two motors according to the path information and the rotating speed information of the two motors, so that the chassis is driven to advance, stop, retreat, turn or switch the path along a preset path formed by the path belt; when the infrared obstacle avoidance sensor detects that an obstacle exists on the path, the controller controls the chassis to stop moving or bypass the obstacle to advance according to an obstacle signal fed back by the infrared obstacle avoidance sensor.

    本发明公开了一种地铁信号机械室巡检平台,包括底盘、两个电机、两个编码器、红外避障传感器、红外循迹传感器、控制器和两个驱动轮;每个电机分别连接一个编码器和一个驱动轮,红外循迹传感器用于感应地铁信号机械室的地面上设置的路径带;控制器与电机、红外避障传感器、红外循迹传感器和编码器相连接;编码器检测电机转速,控制器根据路径信息和两个电机的转速信息分别控制两个电机带动两个驱动轮转动的速度,从而带动底盘沿着路径带形成的预设路径进行前进、停止、后退、转弯或切换路径动作;当红外避障传感器检测到路径上存在障碍物时,控制器根据红外避障传感器反馈的障碍物信号控制底盘停止运动或者绕开障碍物行进。
