A temperature control system for a vehicle includes a first refrigeration circuit having a compressor, a first condenser, a passenger compartment evaporator and a battery evaporator, where the first refrigeration circuit includes a first branch flowing through the passenger compartment evaporator and a second branch flowing through the battery evaporator; the second refrigerating circuit is provided with a compressor, a second condenser and a battery evaporator; a valve element which is arranged between the first branch and the second branch and which is switched on with respect to the refrigerant in the first refrigeration circuit and switched off with respect to the refrigerant in the second refrigeration circuit; the three-way valve is used for controlling the proportion of the refrigerant in the first refrigerating circuit and the second refrigerating circuit by adjusting the opening degree of the three-way valve; the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of a battery pack of the vehicle; the control unit is used for adjusting the valve opening degree of the three-way valve according to the temperature of the battery pack. The invention also relates to a temperature control method and a program product. Condensed water can be prevented from being generated in the battery pack.
