The invention relates to the field of rail traffic safety, and particularly discloses a fixed-point abnormal sound detection system and method based on high-speed rail safety. According to the invention, the sound acquisition module, the sound processing module, the sound comparison module, the sound source positioning module and the deep learning module are arranged, the sound acquisition module acquires sound generated by the train in the running process through a plurality of noise sensors installed on the train, and the sound processing module converts sound data into an electric signal; comparing the processed collected sound electric signal with the marked sound electric signal, judging that the train has a fault corresponding to the marked sound electric signal when a comparison result coincidence rate is high, and after judging that the train has the fault when the comparison result coincidence rate is low, enabling the collected sound to correspond to the train fault and inputting the collected sound and the train fault into a database. The deep learning module enriches a database by means of a deep learning technology, meanwhile, the accuracy of the sound comparison module is improved, vehicle faults are rapidly judged through vehicle driving abnormal sounds, and the vehicle fault maintenance time is effectively shortened.

    本发明涉及轨道交通安全领域,具体公开了一种基于高速轨道安全用定点异响检测系统及方法;本发明通过设置声音采集模块、声音处理模块、声音对比模块、声源定位模块和深度学习模块,声音采集模块通过多个安装在列车上的噪声传感器采集列车在行驶过程中发出的声音,声音处理模块将声音数据转化为电信号,将处理之后的采集声音电信号与已标记的声音电信号作对比,对比结果重合率高时,判定列车出现已标记声音电信号对应的故障,对比结果重合率低时,判定列车故障后,将采集声音与列车故障对应并输入数据库,深度学习模块依靠深度学习技术丰富数据库,同时增加声音对比模块的精确性,通过车辆行车异响快速判断车辆故障,有效减少车辆故障维护时间。
