According to the invention, on-site vehicles are counted, the number of vehicles in each lane is determined, whether there is a congestion condition is determined according to the number of vehicles in the lane, when there is congestion, a control request is sent to the cloud in time, and after the cloud receives the control request, a corresponding control instruction can be directly sent from the cloud, thereby achieving the purpose of remote control. And the convenience of traffic signal control is improved.

    本发明适用于交通控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能云交通控制系统及方法,所述方法包括:获取现场监控视频以及对应的区域地图;根据区域地图对现场监控视频进行视频拆分,得到车道监控视频;根据车道监控视频统计各个车道内的车辆进出数据,判定是否需要通过云端进行交通指挥;发送现场监控视频以及车辆进出数据至云端,向云端发出控制请求,接收云端控制指令,并执行。本发明通过对现场车辆进行统计,确定各个车道内的车辆数量,根据车道内的车辆数量判定是否存在拥堵的情况,在拥堵时,及时向云端发出控制请求,云端对其进行接收之后,可以直接从云端发送相应的控制指令,以实现远程控制的目的,提高了交通信号控制的便捷性。
