The invention provides an intermittent bus-only lane bus priority control method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring driving data of intelligent network-connected vehicles and buses on a road section where the current intelligent network-connected vehicles are located, then determining a lane where the current intelligent network-connected vehicles are located, and if the current intelligent network-connected vehicles are located on a common lane, starting the bus-only lane; if yes, determining the number of vehicles borrowing on the intermittent bus lane and a target limit value according to the driving data, and when the number of the vehicles borrowing on the intermittent bus lane reaches the target limit value, controlling the current intelligent networked vehicle not to borrow the intermittent bus lane. According to the method and the system, the situation that bus delay is increased due to the fact that too many lane-borrowing vehicles run on the intermittent bus lane during lane borrowing of the intelligent network-connected vehicles is avoided, and it is guaranteed that the buses on the intermittent bus lane run preferentially while the intelligent network-connected vehicles rapidly change lanes on the road.
