The device specifically comprises an opposite grinding wheel assembly rotating at a high speed, a sample wheel assembly used for fixing a rubber coating sample wheel and a power system used for lifting or releasing the sample wheel assembly, the sample wheel assembly is arranged above the opposite grinding wheel assembly, and when the sample wheel assembly is lifted by the power assembly, the sample wheel assembly is driven by the power system to rotate. And the sample wheel assembly is driven to vertically move upwards above the opposite grinding wheel assembly. According to the invention, after the sample wheel assembly is lifted to a certain height through the power system, the sample wheel assembly is released, so that the sample wheel assembly performs free falling motion until the rubber-coated sample wheel is in impact contact with the grinding wheel assembly rotating at a high speed below the rubber-coated sample wheel, and the working condition of aircraft tire landing is simulated; therefore, the aircraft tire landing impact frictional wear test operation is simple and convenient, the feedback is timely, the test cost is low, and the cost performance is high.
