The hydraulic control one-way valve assembly comprises a valve element assembly and a threaded sleeve, the threaded sleeve is of a barrel-shaped structure with the two ends open, a valve seat is arranged at the first end of the threaded sleeve, a liquid inlet hole is formed in the valve seat, the valve element assembly reciprocates in the threaded sleeve, and a separation part is arranged in the threaded sleeve; the interior of the threaded sleeve is divided into a first cavity and a second cavity through a partition part, the valve element assembly comprises an ejector rod, a guide sleeve, a valve element and a pressing sleeve are arranged on the ejector rod, a liquid inlet is formed in the guide sleeve and communicated with the liquid inlet hole, a liquid outlet is formed in the threaded sleeve and communicated with the first cavity, and the ejector rod extends into the first cavity from the first end of the threaded sleeve and is communicated with the second cavity from the second end of the threaded sleeve. A plug is arranged at the second end of the threaded sleeve to seal the second cavity. An existing ejector rod structure with the two ends large and the middle small is replaced with the overall penetrating ejector rod, the problems that due to threaded connection, loosening and falling are likely to happen, disassembly and maintenance are difficult, and concentricity and consistency are poor are solved, and meanwhile the integrity and sealing performance of the structure are improved.

    本公开提供一种液控单向阀组件及差动双向锁,液控单向阀组件包括阀芯组件和螺套,螺套为两端开口的筒状结构,螺套的第一端设置阀座,阀座上设置进液孔,阀芯组件在螺套内往复移动,螺套内设置分隔部,螺套的内部通过分隔部分为第一腔和第二腔,阀芯组件包括顶杆,顶杆上设置导向套、阀芯以及压套,导向套上设置进液口,进液口与进液孔相连通,螺套上设置出液口,出液口与第一腔相连通,顶杆从螺套的第一端伸入到第一腔内,螺套的第二端设置螺堵以封闭第二腔。本公开通过整体贯穿的顶杆代替现有的两端大、中间小的顶杆结构,避免采用螺纹连接导致易松动脱落、拆解维修困难、同心度及一致性差等问题,同时提升结构的整体性和密封性。
