The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic pressure, and provides a hydraulic control operating device, a control method of the hydraulic control operating device and an operating machine.The hydraulic control operating device comprises a pilot valve, a control valve, a state detection element and a control device, the pilot valve comprises a pilot valve body and an operating mechanism, and the pilot valve body is provided with an oil inlet and at least two oil outlets; the state switching of the operating mechanism controls the valve position switching of the pilot valve body, so that the at least two oil outlets and the oil inlet are selectively communicated or cut off, and the oil outlets are connected with the hydraulic control port of the hydraulic control reversing valve; the control valve is arranged on an oil way between the pilot oil source and the oil inlet, and the action of the control valve can control the on-off of the oil way; the state detection element detects state information of the operation mechanism; the state detection element and the control valve are both electrically connected with the control device, and the control device controls on-off of the oil way according to state information of the operation mechanism and state information of the operation machine. By means of the arrangement, the problem that in the prior art, a pilot oil way of an operation machine is complex in structure is solved.

    本发明涉及液压技术领域,提供一种液控操纵装置、液控操纵装置的控制方法及作业机械,液控操纵装置包括先导阀、控制阀、状态检测元件和控制装置,先导阀包括先导阀本体和操作机构,先导阀本体有进油口和至少两个出油口,操作机构的状态切换控制先导阀本体阀位切换、使至少两个出油口与进油口可选择地连通或截止,出油口与液控换向阀的液控口连接;控制阀设置于先导油源与进油口之间的油路,控制阀的动作能够控制油路的通断;状态检测元件检测操作机构的状态信息;状态检测元件和控制阀均与控制装置电连接,控制装置根据操作机构的状态信息和作业机械的状态信息控制油路的通断。如此设置,解决了现有技术中的作业机械的先导油路的结构复杂的问题。
