The invention relates to an air preparation system and an aircraft comprising the same. The air preparation system comprises an engine bleed air branch, a cabin exhaust branch, a compressor, a one-way valve and a main heat exchanger. Wherein the engine air entraining branch is used for pumping air from an air entraining main pipe to supply the air to a compressor or a one-way valve, an air preparation system pressure regulating valve is arranged on the engine air entraining branch, and the cabin exhaust branch is used for pumping air from a cabin exhaust area to supply the air to the compressor or the one-way valve. A cabin exhaust supply valve is arranged on the cabin exhaust branch, the one-way valve and the compressor are arranged in parallel, the main heat exchanger is arranged on the downstream of the compressor and the one-way valve and is in fluid communication with the compressor and the one-way valve, and the main heat exchanger is used for adjusting the temperature of air from the compressor or the one-way valve so that the air can be supplied to the inerting system. According to the technical scheme, the method has the following beneficial technical effects that the air entraining consumption of the engine is reduced, so that the oil consumption of an aircraft is reduced.
