The method comprises the steps that vehicle road information is acquired; according to the vehicle and road information, determining a traffic strategy of an intersection constrained by a signal lamp; constraint conditions for passing through the intersection are determined according to a vehicle dynamics model and the passing strategy, and the constraint conditions at least comprise vehicle torque conditions constrained by signal lamps; a to-be-selected speed sequence of the vehicle is planned based on the constraint condition, a target speed sequence is determined according to the minimum cost, the vehicle is controlled to pass through the intersection with the signal lamp according to the target speed sequence, and the minimum cost is at least the cost about vehicle energy consumption. By adopting the method, the problem of high energy consumption when the vehicle passes through the signal intersection road section in the prior art can be improved.
