The invention relates to an electric power-assisted brake and a control method thereof. The permanent magnet synchronous motor provides assistance for the electric power-assisted brake, the lead screw is connected and rotated through the gear, the lead screw drives the power-assisted valve body to move horizontally, and the power-assisted valve body pushes the auxiliary face of the rubber feedback disc and further pushes the main cylinder push rod. When a driver needs to brake and steps on the brake pedal, the pedal push rod pushes the connecting rod and further pushes the main face of the rubber feedback disc, the displacement sensor measures the displacement difference of the main face and the auxiliary face of the feedback disc, and the ECU controls the rotating speed and the position of the motor according to the displacement difference to achieve motor assistance. When the automobile with the auxiliary driving function needs to be braked actively, the automobile sends an instruction to the ECU, and braking is achieved by controlling the motor under the condition that a driver does not have pedal input. When the power assisting mechanism fails, braking is achieved through pedal input of a driver. A vacuum source is replaced by the motor, and the operation of the motor is controlled by the electric control unit, so that multiple auxiliary functions can be realized, and the device can be perfectly matched with an intelligent vehicle and an electric vehicle.

    本发明是一种电动助力制动器及其控制方法。电动助力制动器由永磁同步电机提供助力,通过齿轮连接转动丝杠,丝杠带动助力阀体平移,助力阀体推动橡胶反馈盘副面,进而推动主缸推杆。当驾驶员需要制动而踩下制动踏板时,踏板推杆推动连接杆,进而推动橡胶反馈盘主面,位移传感器测得反馈盘主副面位移差,ECU根据位移差大小来控制电机转速及位置,实现电机助力。当具有辅助驾驶功能的汽车需要主动制动时,汽车通过发送指令到ECU,使在驾驶员没有踏板输入的情况下,通过控制电机实现制动。当助力机构失效时,通过驾驶员踏板输入实现制动。本发明以电机取代真空源,通过电控单元控制电机的运转,因此可以实现诸多辅助功能,能与智能车、电动车完美匹配。
