The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, and provides a control method and system for restraining motor shaking and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that wheel speed information of a vehicle is acquired, and the jitter amount of the wheel speed is calculated based on the wheel speed information; obtaining the actual torque of the motor, and calculating the torque difference between the actual torque and the target torque of the motor; and activating the jitter control module to execute jitter control in response to the wheel speed of the vehicle being lower than the set wheel speed, the absolute value of the jitter amount being greater than the calibrated threshold value, and the torque difference being equal to 0; the jitter control includes obtaining a compensation torque based on the jitter amount, and controlling the motor to output the compensation torque to suppress jitter of the motor speed. According to the technical scheme, by automatically recognizing the road excitation and intelligently judging the jitter control execution condition, active execution of motor jitter control is achieved, vehicle vibration is effectively reduced, the vehicle noise level is reduced, and the riding comfort of the vehicle is improved.
