The invention relates to a vehicle suspension control method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of automobiles. The method comprises the steps that a vehicle suspension control device obtains image data and point cloud data of a target road section in front of a current driving road of a vehicle in the driving process of the vehicle; and determining road surface information of the target road section according to the image data, wherein the road surface information comprises road surface state information and road material information. Further, the vehicle suspension control device adjusts parameter configuration of a preset algorithm according to the road surface information, and determines the road surface flatness of the target road section based on the adjusted preset algorithm, the image data and the point cloud data; and the suspension of the vehicle is adjusted according to the road surface flatness. Therefore, the suspension of the vehicle is adjusted in advance according to the road surface flatness of the vehicle driving road, and the comfort of a user taking the vehicle is guaranteed.
