The invention discloses a stay wire tightness adjusting mechanism which is used for adjusting a stay wire of a stay wire driving mechanism in a lifting table board, the stay wire tightness adjusting mechanism comprises a stay wire support and an adjusting piece which are arranged on an outer frame body, and the stay wire support is connected with the outer frame body in a sliding fit mode. The adjusting part is configured to be capable of adjusting the stay wire support to move on the outer frame body, the stay wire support is matched with the wire sleeve arranged on the stay wire in a sleeving mode, and when the position of the adjusting part on the outer frame body is adjusted, the wire sleeve can deform in the radial direction of the wire sleeve so as to change the friction force between the wire sleeve and the stay wire.
