The invention discloses a propeller sleeve tightness adjusting device which comprises a tightness adjusting nut, a tightness adjusting sleeve, a thrust roller bearing, a bearing gasket, a locking bush, a locking sleeve, a locking spring and a locking pin. The upper end face of the bearing gasket abuts against the corresponding face of the paddle sleeve, the lower end face of a first protruding shoulder on the tightness adjusting nut abuts against the corresponding face of the paddle shell, and the tightness adjusting nut tightly presses the paddle sleeve through the tightness adjusting sleeve, the thrust roller bearing and the bearing gasket. The locking bushing is mounted and fixed through the tightness adjusting sleeve; the locking spring is arranged between the locking sleeve and the limiting piece, and the locking sleeve can be pressed into the tightness adjusting sleeve and fixed. The invention provides a structure which is relatively simple, convenient to mount and dismount and capable of adjusting the tightness of the propeller sleeve, so that the gyroscopic moment of the propeller sleeve meets the requirement, the use function of the propeller can be ensured, and the propeller can work normally.

    本发明公开了一种螺旋桨桨套紧度调整装置,包括紧度调整螺帽、紧度调整套筒、推力滚子轴承、轴承垫圈、锁紧衬套、锁紧套筒、锁紧弹簧和锁紧销;轴承垫圈的上端面与桨套的对应面顶靠,紧度调整螺帽上第一凸肩的下端面与桨壳的对应面顶靠,紧度调整螺帽通过紧度调整套筒、推力滚子轴承和轴承垫圈压紧桨套;锁紧衬套通过紧度调整套筒安装固定;锁紧弹簧装在锁紧套筒与限位件之间,可将锁紧套筒压入至紧度调整套筒内,并固定住。本发明提出一种结构相对简单,安装拆卸方便、可以调节桨套紧度的结构,使桨套回转力矩符合要求,能够保证螺旋桨的使用功能,使螺旋桨正常工作。
