The ballast tank is communicated with the long discharge pipeline, pressure difference is generated in the high-layer pipeline, a negative pressure environment is formed, in this way, a large number of bubbles can be generated when ballast water passes through the high-layer pipeline, the bubbles can generate a cavitation effect when meeting ultrasonic waves, cell walls, cell membranes and structures of microorganisms can be physically damaged, and therefore the microbiological effect is improved. The damage or death of microorganisms is caused.
