The driven wheel assembly comprises a driven wheel and a driven shaft, the driven wheel and the driven shaft are connected through a one-way bearing, the periphery of the driven shaft is rotationally matched with a first tensioning wheel, the periphery of the driven shaft is connected with a pressing assembly, and the pressing assembly tightly abuts against the end of the first tensioning wheel. Static friction force is generated between the pressing assembly and the end of the first tensioning wheel, and the first tensioning wheel can rotate synchronously with the driven shaft when the external force borne by the first tensioning wheel is smaller than the static friction force and slide relative to the pressing assembly when the external force borne by the first tensioning wheel is larger than the static friction force.
