The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting machinery, and provides a pulling plate assembly, a superlift device and hoisting machine.The pulling plate assembly comprises a first pulling plate, a second pulling plate and a turning pulling plate, and the two ends of the turning pulling plate are detachably connected to the second end of the first pulling plate and the first end of the second pulling plate correspondingly; the two ends of the turning pulling plate can rotate relative to the first pulling plate and the second pulling plate; under the condition that the lengths of the superlift arms are different, the turning pull plates with different specifications and lengths can be replaced between the first pull plate and the second pull plate. The variable-direction pulling plate is adopted to adapt to the lengths of different superlift arms, normal work of hoisting equipment is guaranteed, and compared with a method using a deflection device in the related technology, the variable-direction pulling plate is adopted, so that the structure is greatly simplified, the cost is reduced, adaptation to the superlift arms with different lengths can be achieved, the application range of the variable-direction pulling plate is widened, and the application range of the variable-direction pulling plate is widened. Interference among different parts in the working process is avoided, and the hoisting efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及起重机械技术领域,提供一种拉板组件、超起装置及起重机械,拉板组件包括第一拉板、第二拉板和变向拉板,变向拉板的两端分别可拆卸地连接在所述第一拉板的第二端和第二拉板的第一端,且所述变向拉板的两端相对于所述第一拉板和所述第二拉板可转动;在所述超起臂的长度不同的情况下,所述第一拉板和所述第二拉板之间可替换不同规格长度的所述变向拉板。通过可替换的变向拉板以适应不同的超起臂的长度,保证起重设备的正常工作,并且相较于相关技术种利用偏摆器的方法,本发明采用变向拉板不仅极大简化了结构,降低了成本,还可以实现对不同长度的超起臂的适配,扩大其适用范围,避免工作过程中不同部件之间的干涉,提高吊装效率。
