The invention discloses a vertical shaft lifting hanging bucket waste rock loading device and a waste rock loading method, and particularly relates to the technical field of mining machinery, the vertical shaft lifting hanging bucket waste rock loading device comprises a hanging bucket, a hanging bucket guide device and a driving lever device, a guide rail is arranged on the outer side wall of the hanging bucket, the hanging bucket guide device comprises a placing frame and a guide wheel, and the hanging bucket is driven by the guide wheel in the process that the hanging bucket falls to a placing frame base from the top end of the placing frame. The guide wheels slide on the guide rails, so that the hanging bucket rotates around the axis of the hanging bucket in the placing frame, and after the hanging bucket is in contact with the base of the placing frame, the plane where the two symmetrically-arranged hanging lugs of the hanging bucket and the axis of the hanging bucket are located is parallel to the vertical section of the gangue sliding groove; the deflector rod device comprises a fixed frame, a deflector rod hinged with the fixed frame, a deflector rod cylinder connected with the deflector rod and capable of driving the deflector rod to rotate, and a deflector rod cylinder switch fixed on the base of the placing frame; and the deflector rod cylinder drives the deflector rod to poke the hanging ring of the hanging bucket towards the direction far away from the gangue chute. The direction of the bucket can be automatically adjusted, manpower is saved, operation is convenient, and safety and reliability are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种立井提升吊桶装矸装置及装矸方法,具体涉及矿山机械技术领域,包括吊桶、吊桶导向装置和拨杆装置,吊桶的外侧壁上设置导向轨,吊桶导向装置包括放置架和导向轮,吊桶从放置架顶端下落至放置架底座的过程中,导向轮在导向轨上滑动使吊桶在放置架内发生绕自身轴线的旋转运动,且吊桶与放置架底座接触后,吊桶对称设置的两个吊耳和吊桶的轴线所在的平面与溜矸槽的竖直截面平行,拨杆装置包括固定架、和固定架铰接的拨杆、与拨杆连接且能够带动拨杆转动的拨杆气缸和固定在放置架的底座上的拨杆气缸开关,拨杆气缸带动拨杆朝向远离溜矸槽的方向拨动吊桶的吊环。本发明能够使吊桶自动调整方向,节省人力,操作方便,安全可靠。
