Comprising the following steps: S1, mounting a roller cage shoe, a signal transmitting and receiving device and signal acquisition, processing and analysis equipment; s2, a pressure sensor is arranged in a buffer device of the roller cage shoe, a laser range finder is arranged on the outer side of a roller of the roller cage shoe, and a displacement sensor is arranged on a fixed bottom frame of the roller cage shoe; s3, the pressure of the cage shoe on the roller is measured through a pressure sensor, the horizontal displacement of the roller is measured through a laser range finder, and the horizontal height of the lifting container is positioned through a displacement sensor; and S4, packaging the pressure of the cage shoe on the roller, the horizontal displacement of the roller and the horizontal height of the positioning lifting container measured in the step S3. According to the method for detecting the cage guide, normal production of a mine is guaranteed, manpower consumption is reduced, meanwhile, the maintenance and overhaul cost of a shaft is reduced, the intelligent production level of the mine is improved, and the production efficiency of the mine is also improved.
