The invention discloses a redundancy control method for a steering execution motor of a steer-by-wire system of an electric automobile in the technical field of automobile control, which comprises the following steps of: 1) starting the automobile, and starting to collect data of the steering execution motor by a steer-by-wire electronic control unit of the automobile; 2) a fault diagnosis method of a steering execution motor and a sensor; according to the fault-tolerant control method of the steering execution motor, the situation that normal work of the steering-by-wire system is disturbed by error information generated when a sensor or the motor in the steering-by-wire system of the electric vehicle breaks down can be effectively prevented, and the purpose that when the vehicle breaks down, the motor position sensor in the steering-by-wire system cannot work normally is achieved. The vehicle can still run stably under the condition that accurate data cannot be provided for the electronic control unit of the steer-by-wire system, and compared with a traditional redundancy fault-tolerant method, the safety is higher.

    本发明公开了汽车控制技术领域内的一种电动汽车线控转向系统转向执行电机冗余控制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1)车辆启动,车辆线控转向电子控制单元开始采集转向执行电机数据;步骤2)转向执行电机和传感器的故障诊断方法;步骤3)转向执行电机的容错控制方法,本发明可以有效防止电动汽车线控转向系统中传感器或电机发生故障产生的错误信息干扰线控转向系统正常工作,实现在车辆在出现故障时,线控转向系统中电机位置传感器无法正常工作,无法为线控转向系统电子控制单元提供准确数据的情况下车辆仍能够稳定行驶,相比传统冗余容错方法安全性更高。
