The invention discloses an explosion-proof type automatic charging docking device which comprises an installation box used for being buried underground for installation, a flexible lifting mechanism vertically arranged in the installation box, a male plug set fixed to the top end of the flexible lifting mechanism and a female plug set fixed to the bottom of an automatic transportation equipment chassis. The flexible lifting mechanism is arranged in the vertical direction in an up-and-down lifting mode and can be bent towards one side at the same time. The male plug group is matched with the female plug group, the male plug group is further connected with an external power supply device, and the male plug group is used for extending out of the mounting box in the ascending process of the flexible lifting mechanism and is matched with the female plug group for guiding so as to be accurately inserted into the female plug group to realize butt joint charging. When the device is used for charging the automatic transportation equipment, automatic butt joint charging can be directly carried out in an explosion-proof environment, so that the automation degree and the charging efficiency of charging are greatly improved, the charging operation is convenient and fast, and the charging butt joint device has certain tolerance capacity, so that the scheme is convenient to realize.

    本发明公开了一种隔爆式自动充电对接装置,包括:用于埋入地下安装的安装箱、竖直设置于安装箱内的柔性升降机构、固定于柔性升降机构顶端的公插头组、固定于自动运输设备车盘底部的母插头组。柔性升降机构沿竖直方向上下升降设置,同时可朝一侧弯曲。公插头组与母插头组配合设置,公插头组还与外部供电装置相连,公插头组用于在柔性升降机构上升过程中伸出安装箱,并与母插头组配合导向以精确插入母插头组实现对接充电。采用本发明装置对自动运输设备进行充电时,可以直接在防爆环境下且自动对接充电,从而大大提高充电的自动化程度及充电效率,使充电操作便捷,且本发明的充电对接装置具备一定的容差能力,便于方案的实现。
