The system comprises a vehicle-mounted expansion kettle used for storing water; the water pump is connected with the vehicle-mounted expansion kettle and used for conveying water flowing out of the vehicle-mounted expansion kettle; the two three-way valves are respectively connected with a water outlet and a water inlet of the water pump; and a water path of the driving motor and a water path of the generator controller are connected between the two three-way valves after being connected in series with each other. In this way, the opening directions of the two three-way valves can be flexibly adjusted according to heat exchange requirements, so that the heat exchange priorities of the driving motor and the generator controller are intelligently adjusted and controlled, different heat exchange priority requirements are met, the energy consumption of the water pump is reduced as much as possible, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.
