The invention discloses a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle power battery vehicle body mounting structure which comprises a front longitudinal beam and a power battery, the front end of a front longitudinal beam front section extends from inside to outside to the rear end, the front end of a front longitudinal beam rear section is connected with the rear end of the front longitudinal beam front section, and the front longitudinal beam rear section extends from the front end to the rear end from inside to outside. The rear end of the front longitudinal beam rear section is in lap joint with the front end of the front longitudinal beam rear plate, the front longitudinal beam rear plate extends from the front end to the rear end from inside to outside, and the rear end of the front longitudinal beam rear plate is connected with the threshold inner plate. The front longitudinal beam connecting lugs are respectively connected with the front longitudinal beam rear plate; the structure of the floor longitudinal beam is optimized, the floor longitudinal beam and the battery form a frame, and the collision requirement is met; the rigidity and NVH requirements of the frame structure are met, and the process requirements are met; besides longitudinal beam mounting points, two hanging points are additionally arranged on the front portion of the battery, continuity of a direct collision middle transmission path is guaranteed, a frame is formed by the battery and a vehicle body, and the rigidity of the vehicle body is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种插电式混合动力汽车动力电池车身安装结构,包括前纵梁和动力电池,前纵梁前段的前端开始由内向外延伸至后端,前纵梁后段的前端与前纵梁前段的后端连接,前纵梁后段从前端开始由内向外延伸至后端,前纵梁后段的后端与前纵梁后板的前端搭接,前纵梁后板从前端开始由内向外延伸至后端,前纵梁后板的后端与门槛内板连接;前纵梁连接耳分别与前纵梁后板连接;本发明优化了地板纵梁结构,与电池形成框架,满足碰撞需求;满足框架结构刚度以及NVH要求,满足工艺要求;电池除了与纵梁安装点外,在前部增加两处吊挂点,保证正碰中间传递路径的延续性,且电池与车身形成框架,保证车身刚度。
