The high-performance heightening valve block is adopted, in this way, through the first hydro-pneumatic spring, the second hydro-pneumatic spring, the heightening valve block, the first energy accumulator, the second energy accumulator, the oil inlet stop valve, the one-way valve, the motor pump, the hydraulic oil tank, the oil return filter and the oil return stop valve, the stability of the height of the suspension can be guaranteed, and the suspension can be dynamically heightened in the advancing process; compared with a traditional hydraulic suspension system, the hydraulic suspension system has the advantages of being convenient, reliable and high in precision. Namely, the hydraulic suspension system not only meets the functions of height adjustment, buffering, shock absorption, inherent frequency adjustment of a vehicle body and the like of the hydraulic suspension system, but also meets the requirement for dynamic height adjustment of the vehicle in the traveling process, so that the unbalance loading resistance of the vehicle can be guaranteed, and meanwhile, the vehicle has the dynamic height adjustment capacity in the traveling process.

    本申请公开了一种液压悬架系统,该系统选用双作用油气弹簧,交叉连通左右两侧悬架油路,提高了底盘抗偏载的能力。采用了高性能调高阀块,这样,通过第一油气弹簧、第二油气弹簧、调高阀块、第一蓄能器、第二蓄能器、进油截止阀、单向阀、电机泵、液压油箱、回油过滤器和回油截止阀可保证悬架高度的稳定性,也使得悬架具备行进过程中可以动态调高,这样,与传统液压悬架系统相比,本申请的液压悬架系统具备方便、可靠、精度高的特点。也就是说,本申请的液压悬架系统,既满足液压悬架系统的调高、缓冲、减震、调节车身固有频率等作用,又满足行车过程中车辆动态调高的要求,从而可以保证车辆的抗偏载能力,同时车辆具备行进过程中动态调高的能力。
