The invention provides a universe-oriented flight test data networking transmission system, and the system comprises a flight task information module which is used for configuring key information contents, such as an aircraft type, an aircraft test subject, a flight distance, a height, and a spatial position. The task analysis decision module is used for extracting and analyzing the key information content of the aircraft task information module, carrying out association matching according to the coverage relationship between the telemetering base stations and the airspace, and completing the combination of the telemetering base stations and the configuration of corresponding aircraft key parameters through a telemetering resource scheduling unit after the matching is completed; therefore, the whole-course coverage of telemetry signals in the flight mission process is realized. And the global coverage module comprises four telemetering base stations and is used for realizing dead-corner-free coverage of telemetering signals in the whole flight airspace. And the test data monitoring module is used for completing security protection transmission of telemetry data of a plurality of base stations and optimization and analysis of test data, and sending analyzed parameter data and video data to a monitoring hall to realize cross-domain data transmission and cooperative monitoring.
