The system comprises a battery shell, a battery pack, a vapor chamber, a temperature sensor, a thermoelectric refrigeration sheet, a liquid cooling plate, a fixing bolt, a pipeline, a radiator, a water pump, a power supply and a control unit. According to the invention, through coupling of the vapor chamber and the thermoelectric refrigeration sheet, the temperature sensor transmits monitored temperature information to the control unit, and then the control unit correspondingly controls the thermoelectric refrigeration sheet and the water pump, the battery pack under various working conditions can be effectively heated and cooled, so that the temperature of the battery is controlled, and the service life of the battery pack is prolonged. The lithium battery works in a safe working range, and the problems of thermal runaway and low service life loss and low charge-discharge efficiency of the battery under high-power discharge are solved.
本发明涉及电池领域,具体公开一种集成均热板和热电制冷的电池热管理系统及控制方法,解决了电池热管理系统高功率充放电下温度均匀性差的问题,同时也可以在寒冷条件下对电池包进行加热。该系统包括:电池壳体、电池组、均热板、温度传感器、热电制冷片、液冷板、固定栓、管道、散热器、水泵、电源和控制单元。本发明通过均热板与热电制冷片的耦合,由温度传感器将监测到的温度信息传递给控制单元,再由控制单元对热电制冷片和水泵进行相应的控制,可以对各种工况下的电池包进行有效的加热和冷却,从而控制电池温度,使锂电池工作在安全的工作范围内,解决热失控以及高功率放电下电池寿命损耗和充放电效率较低的难题。
