The invention discloses a method, a device and a system for generating an aircraft command scheme and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: judging the congestion condition of a road section, when the next road section is congested, carrying out the proper extension of a conventional A * algorithm, carrying out the judgment of the accessibility of nodes, searching for conflict-free nodes, and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the nodes, thereby achieving the purpose of generating the aircraft command scheme. Therefore, a time optimal path is searched, and an aircraft command scheme is generated in advance to assist command.
