The compact and efficient ball screw elevator comprises a base, a sealing structure, a three-stage transmission structure and a lubricating circulation structure, and the three-stage transmission structure is installed in the base and sealed through the sealing structure; the base comprises a mounting seat, an upper cover mounted at the top of the mounting seat, a rear cover mounted behind the mounting seat and a bottom sealing cover mounted at the bottom of the mounting seat; the three-stage transmission structure comprises a first-stage transmission structure, a second-stage transmission structure and a third-stage transmission structure; the lubrication circulation structure comprises an impeller which is installed on the first-stage input shaft and used for lubrication circulation. In the three-stage transmission structure, first-stage transmission is high-precision arc bevel gear transmission, second-stage transmission is cylindrical gear transmission, third-stage transmission is ball screw transmission, the comprehensive efficiency can reach about 90%, and the problem of high noise is solved while the transmission efficiency is improved; according to the lubricating circulation structure, an impeller used for oil circulation is arranged on a first-stage input shaft, so that lubricating oil at the bottom of the elevator can be pumped to the top, a gear and a bearing are fully wetted and replaced, meanwhile, internal heat is dissipated out through heat dissipation fins of a base, and then high-efficiency operation of the elevator is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种紧凑高效滚珠丝杠升降机,包括基座、密封结构、三级传动结构和润滑循环结构,三级传动结构安装在基座内,并用密封结构密封;基座包括安装座、安装在安装座顶部的上盖、安装在安装座后方的后盖和安装在安装座底部的底部密封盖;三级传动结构包括一级传动结构、二级传动结构、三级传动结构;润滑循环结构包括一级输入轴上安装的用于润滑循环的叶轮。三级传动结构中一级传动为高精度弧锥齿传动,二级为圆柱齿轮传动,三级为滚珠丝杠传动,综合效率可达90%左右,传动效率的提升同时解决了噪音大的问题;润滑循环结构,在一级输入轴上设置有用以油循环的叶轮,使升降机底部的润滑油可以泵到顶部,从而充分润换齿轮和轴承,同时将内部热量通过基座散热翅片散发出去,进而确保升降机的高效率运行。
