The invention discloses a steel structure hoisting device for building construction and a using method thereof.The steel structure hoisting device comprises a steel structure building and a hoisting machine, universal wheels are installed at the bottom of the hoisting machine, the bottom of the hoisting machine is connected with a hoisting frame through a hoisting assembly, and hoisting clamping mechanisms are further installed at the bottom and on the side face of the hoisting frame; according to the steel structure building hoisting and mounting device, when a steel structure building is hoisted and mounted, the two sides of the center of the top of the steel structure building can be extruded in the mode that a servo motor drives a transmission base to move, and primary fixing of the steel structure building is completed; when the lifting component rotates, the lifting component and the lifting frame body can be driven to synchronously lift and move, so that the stability during actual hoisting of a heavy-weight steel structure building is ensured, the degree of damage to a hoisting clamping mechanism for extruding and supporting due to hoisting shaking is reduced, and the hoisting effect of the steel structure building is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种建筑施工用钢结构吊装装置及其使用方法,包括钢结构建筑以及吊装机,所述吊装机的底部安装有万向轮,所述吊装机的底部通过吊装组件连接有吊装架,所述吊装架的底部和侧面还安装有吊装夹持机构;在本发明中,在对钢结构建筑进行吊运和安装时,可通过伺服电机带动传动座进行移动的方式,对钢结构建筑顶部中心处的两侧进行挤压,完成对钢结构建筑的初步固定,同时丝杆在进行旋转时,会带动升降部件和升降架体进行同步的升降移动,保证在实际对大重量的钢结构建筑进行吊运时的稳定性,减少因为吊运晃动而对进行挤压和支撑的吊装夹持机构造成损伤的程度,保证对钢结构建筑吊运的效果。
