The invention relates to an anti-collision system for a cable crane and a tower crane. The anti-collision system comprises a Beidou positioning receiver, a rotary encoder, a controller and an alarm device. And the Beidou positioning receiver is mounted on the cable crane trolley. And the rotary encoder is arranged on the tower crane. The Beidou positioning receiver is used for positioning the cable crane trolley, and the encoder is used for collecting the rotation angle of the tower crane; and the Beidou positioning system and the rotary encoder respectively perform data interaction with the controller. And the alarm device is connected with the controller. According to the anti-collision system for the cable crane and the tower crane, after data obtained from the Beidou positioning receiver and the rotary encoder are processed through the controller, the position of the tower crane can be monitored in real time, and when the tower crane is close to the cable crane, an alarm is given, so that serious safety accidents are prevented.
