The positioning and guiding assembly is fixed to the side shell plate, then fixation between the positioning and guiding assembly and the top shell plate is relieved again, at the moment, the lifting and installing motor drives the lifting and guiding assembly to rotate, the lifting and guiding assembly drives the lifting inhaul cable to move, then the side shell plate is lifted upwards, and at the moment, the side shell plate is fixedly connected with the positioning and guiding assembly; the positioning guide assembly moves upwards and then continues to move towards the interior of the top shell plate till the two sides of the top shell plate are combined with the tops of the side shell plates correspondingly, then positioning installation between the top shell plate and the side shell plates is completed, and the situation that the side shell plates are in a shaking state after being lifted due to the fact that wind power of a draught fan construction site is too large is avoided. And the side shell plates and the top shell plate are difficult to position and install.

    本发明涉及风力发电技术领域,公开了一种风力发电机偏航外壳定位安装机构,包括定位吊装机构,定位吊装机构安装于顶壳板底部两侧,顶壳板两侧安装有定位导向组件。通过将定位导向组件与侧壳板固定,然后再次解除定位导向组件与顶壳板之间的固定,此时通过提升安装电机带动吊装引导组件转动,吊装引导组件带动吊装拉索移动,进而将侧壳板向上提升,此时侧壳板与定位导向组件固定连接,定位导向组件向上移动,并再继续向顶壳板内部移动,直至顶壳板两侧分别与侧壳板顶部合并,进而完成顶壳板与侧壳板之间的定位安装,避免因风机建设场地风力过大,而导致侧壳板升起后处于晃动状态下,难以对侧壳板与顶壳板的定位安装。
