The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle transfer, and provides a large unmanned aerial vehicle wing manual overturning and transferring device and method.The device comprises a transportation bracket and a parking bracket used for parking a horizontal wing, and the transportation bracket is arranged on a transportation base; a hoisting mechanism and a plurality of supporting frames for supporting wings in a vertical state are arranged on the transportation bracket; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting plate, a lifting rope and a driving part for driving the lifting rope to be retracted and released to realize lifting and releasing, one end of the lifting rope is connected with the lifting plate, the other end of the lifting rope is wound on the driving part, and the lifting plate can be connected to the front side of a connecting lug, close to the front edge, of the wing root end of the wing through a fastener; the front edge of the wing which is parked in a horizontal state on the parking bracket is turned upwards to be in a vertical state during hoisting, and the tail end of the wing can be lifted by an operator to put the whole wing into the bearing bracket. According to the invention, turning and transferring of the wings can be realized without depending on a crane, so that the limitation of use occasions is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及无人机转运技术领域,提供了一种大型无人机机翼手动翻转转移装置及方法,装置包括运输托架和用于停放水平状态机翼的停放托架,运输托架设于运输底座上,运输托架上设有起吊机构和若干用于承托垂直状态机翼的承托架;起吊机构包括吊板、吊绳和用于驱动吊绳收放实现吊放的驱动部件,吊绳的一端与吊板连接,吊绳的另一端卷绕在驱动部件上,吊板可通过紧固件连接在机翼翼根端靠近前缘的连接耳前侧,以在起吊时使停放托架上水平状态停放的机翼前缘朝上翻转成垂直状态,并可通过操作人员抬起机翼翼尾端将机翼整体放入承托架中。本发明无需依靠吊车就能实现机翼的翻转和转移,极大地降低了使用场合的局限性。
