The invention discloses an automatic material supporting, taking and placing lifting belt device which is provided with a lifting table top located in a hole in the inner side of a working table top, two jacking pistons located below the two ends of the lifting table top respectively and air cylinders of the two jacking pistons, and each air cylinder is communicated with a compressed air source. The left side and the right side of the lower surface of the lifting table top are provided with an upper rail, a lower rail below the upper rail and inclined supporting rods movably connected between the upper rail and the lower rail in a crossed mode respectively, and the two rod ends of each inclined supporting rod are provided with sliding blocks movably connected with the upper rail and the lower rail respectively. The two inclined supporting rods are connected through a pressure adjusting spring in a pulling mode. According to the lifting table, the plate lifting belts can be conveniently taken and placed, and the combined frame below the lifting table top gives enough strength and rigidity to the lifting table top.

    本发明公开的自动托料取放吊带装置,具有位于工作台面内侧孔洞中的托举台面,分别位于托举台面两端下方的两支顶升活塞及其气缸,每只气缸连通压缩气源。托举台面下表面的左右两侧分别设置有上轨道及其下方的下轨道,以及它们之间交叉活动连接的斜向支撑杆,斜向支撑杆的两个杆端分别有滑块与上轨道、下轨道活动连接;两根斜向支撑杆之间或有调压弹簧拉接。本发明方便板材吊带的取放,托举台面下方的组合框架,给予托举台面足够的强度和刚性。
