The invention relates to a crawler-type traction structure which comprises a main engine base and a traction rope which are installed on a bearing steel beam of a hoistway machine room, the main engine base is provided with a movement track with the same width as a lift car, the movement track is provided with a traction mechanism in sliding fit with the movement track, and the traction mechanism is connected with the power output end of an external traction machine through a transmission structure. The traction mechanism is connected with the traction machine so that the traction mechanism can be driven by the traction machine to circularly move in the rail direction of the movement rail, the traction rope is connected with the traction mechanism in a matched mode so that friction force can be generated between the traction mechanism and the traction rope when the traction mechanism moves, and therefore traction force on the traction rope is generated. According to the crawler-type traction structure designed by the invention, the plurality of sliding blocks circularly moving along the movement track are arranged to be matched with the steel wire rope for friction force transmission, local overload is avoided, meanwhile, the movement track can be modularly adjusted and expanded, the crawler-type traction structure can adapt to lift cars of different sizes, guide wheels do not need to be arranged, and the system integration degree is high; the problem that the large-wrap-angle steel wire rope is insufficient in idle slip reverse rotation traction force is solved.

    本发明涉及一种履带式曳引结构,包括安装在井道机房承重钢梁上的主机座和曳引绳,主机座上设有与轿厢等宽的运动轨道,运动轨道上设有与运动轨道滑动配合的曳引机构,曳引机构通过传动结构与外部曳引机动力输出端连接,以使曳引机构在曳引机的带动下能沿运动轨道的轨道方向循环移动,曳引绳与曳引机构配合连接,以使曳引机构运动时与曳引绳之间产生摩擦力,从而产生对曳引绳的曳引力。本发明所设计的履带式曳引结构,通过设置沿运动轨道循环移动的多个滑块与钢丝绳配合摩擦传力,避免了局部过载,同时运动轨道可模块化调整和扩展,能适应不同尺寸轿厢,无需设置导向轮,系统集成度高,解决了大包角钢丝绳空滑反转曳引力不足的问题。
