The double-layer type anti-slip traction device comprises two traction devices which are oppositely arranged up and down, the structures of the two traction devices are the same, each traction device comprises a movement track, a movement body, a connecting piece and a driving mechanism, and the power output end of each driving mechanism is connected with the corresponding connecting piece in a matched mode through a transmission mechanism; and the transmission mechanism drives the connecting piece to drive each moving body to circularly and synchronously slide on the moving track along the track direction of the moving track. According to the double-layer anti-slip traction device and the elevator, a clamping structure with a certain gap is formed through staggered matching of the upper-layer moving body and the lower-layer moving body, so that the radial extrusion effect on the traction rope is generated, the friction coefficient between the traction rope and the clamping structure is increased, and when the driving mechanism stops running, the traction rope is prevented from slipping. The multiple moving bodies of the traction devices on the upper layer and the lower layer can still clamp the traction rope through an up-and-down staggered structure, the dangerous slipping and reverse rotation problems of the traction rope are avoided, and reliable traction of the oversized elevator is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种双层式防打滑曳引装置及电梯,包括上下相对设置的两个曳引装置,两个曳引装置的结构相同,每个曳引装置包括:运动轨道,运动体,联结件,驱动机构,驱动机构的动力输出端通过传动机构与联结件配合连接,以通过传动机构驱动联结件带动各个运动体沿运动轨道的轨道方向在运动轨道上循环同步滑动。本发明所设计的双层式防打滑曳引装置及电梯,通过上下两层运动体的交错配合,形成具有一定间隙的夹持结构,以产生对曳引绳的径向挤压作用,从而提高两者之间的摩擦系数,并在驱动机构停止运行时,上下两层曳引装置的多个运动体仍能通过上下交错的结构对曳引绳进行夹持,避免曳引绳出现危险的打滑反转问题,保证了超大尺寸电梯的可靠曳引。
