    本发明公开电梯对重反绳轮圆度检测装置,包括定位机构、检测箱体、驱动机构、清洁机构、吸灰机构、解耦机构、圆度检测仪,所述定位机构的上方连接检测箱体,所述驱动机构连接所述检测箱体的顶部,所述驱动机构连接所述清洁机构并使之末端的清洁件在竖直方向运动,所述圆度检测仪连接所述检测箱体的底部;所述驱动机构连接所述吸灰机构并使之末端的吸灰罩在竖直方向运动;所述清洁件与所述吸灰罩由同一驱动机构驱动;所述解耦机构与所述清洁机构连接,并在清洁件到达极限位置时将清洁机构与驱动机构的运动解耦。本发明还公开电梯对重反绳轮圆度检测方法。本发明的有益效果:提高对重反绳轮的整洁度,大幅提高检测精度。
