The invention discloses a fault detection method and device based on sound, electronic equipment and a storage medium. When an elevator is in an idle state, an elevator car is controlled to go up and down according to a preset sound detection operation instruction, an audio signal is collected through a talkback module, and in the ascending process, the elevator car is controlled to execute floor stopping and door opening and closing operation on each floor; determining a detection frequency spectrum corresponding to each floor according to the audio signal and the pulse signal of the traction machine; standard frequency spectrums corresponding to all floors when the elevator is normal are obtained, wherein the standard frequency spectrums are corresponding frequency spectrums when the elevator operates under the sound detection operation instruction; and determining whether the elevator has a fault according to the detection spectrum and the standard spectrum. The talkback module in the lift car is usually an existing device, so that the product cost is saved. Through the spectrogram, whether noise, distortion or other abnormal changes exist in the signals can be judged, the abnormal state of the elevator can be quickly found out by comparing the detection frequency spectrum with the existing standard frequency spectrum, and the elevator is maintained in time.

    本发明公开了一种基于声音的故障检测方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质,当电梯处于空闲状态下时,根据预设的声音检测运行指令控制轿厢上下行,并通过对讲模块采集音频信号,在上行过程中,控制轿厢在每个楼层执行停层开关门操作;根据音频信号以及曳引机的脉冲信号确定各楼层对应的检测频谱;获取电梯正常时各楼层对应的标准频谱,标准频谱为电梯在声音检测运行指令下运行时对应的频谱;根据检测频谱和标准频谱确定电梯中是否存在故障。轿厢中的对讲模块通常是已有的装置,节约产品的成本。通过频谱图,可以判断出信号中是否存在噪声、失真或者其他异常变化,通过检测频谱和已有的标准频谱进行对比,能够迅速发现电梯的异常状态,及时维护电梯。
