The invention provides a miniature water sports device and a silent electrofluid propulsion system thereof. The miniature water sports device comprises a supporting assembly, an electrofluid dynamics pump and a power supply assembly, wherein the electrofluid dynamics pump and the power supply assembly are installed on the supporting assembly. The electrohydrodynamic pump comprises a needle electrode, a ring electrode and a cylinder electrode, the axes of the needle electrode, the ring electrode and the cylinder electrode are located on the same horizontal line, the needle electrode penetrates through the axis of the ring electrode and points to the cylinder electrode, the power supply assembly comprises a high-voltage direct-current power source a and a high-voltage direct-current power source b, and the needle electrode and the ring electrode are externally connected with the positive electrode of the high-voltage direct-current power source a and the positive electrode of the high-voltage direct-current power source b respectively. And the cylindrical electrode is externally connected with cathodes of a high-voltage direct-current power supply a and a high-voltage direct-current power supply b. A traditional mechanical rotating part is abandoned, fluid is directly accelerated to generate thrust by means of the acting force of an electric field, and therefore the device has the advantages of being efficient, light, mute and the like and is very suitable for being applied to miniature water sports devices.
