The invention discloses a booster bicycle center shaft sensing device which comprises a center shaft, the center shaft is provided with a sensing device, the sensing device comprises a speed measuring subsystem and a reference subsystem, and speed signals and reference signals of the center shaft are collected in real time; the middle motor is in transmission connection with the middle shaft; the motor control driving module is used for controlling a switch of the middle motor; the system further comprises a signal processing module, feedback signals of the speed measuring subsystem and the reference subsystem are both in signal connection with the signal processing module, and feedback signals of the signal processing module are in signal connection with the motor control driving module. When a rider rides the power-assisted bicycle, the torque value at the moment can be obtained through calculation, and when the torque is larger than a specified value, the middle motor starts to work, outputs power to the middle shaft and assists the rider in outputting torque power, so that the burden of the rider is relieved, and good riding experience is obtained.
