The invention discloses a self-cleaning and viscosity-removing device and method for a seabed mining vehicle crawler belt. The self-cleaning and viscosity-removing device comprises a crawler belt walking device, an active viscosity-removing device, a passive viscosity-removing device, a real-time sensing and monitoring device and a slip early warning device. The crawler walking devices are located on the two sides of the vehicle body, and the baffles are located above the crawler belts and provided with circular openings used for hanging multiple rows of springs. A combined brush is hung on the lower portion of the spring and comprises a balancing weight, a wireless remote control vibration unit and a flexible brush. A square metal groove is formed in the upper portion of a track shoe of each track unit and provided with an opening used for containing a metal block, a round hole is formed in the upper surface of each metal groove, and hinges are arranged outside the metal grooves to control the metal grooves. Track teeth of the track shoe are in a wedge shape with the height gradually increased from top to bottom. By means of an electrochemical and mechanical structure, automatic cleaning can be automatically achieved in the working process of the mining car, the soil adhesion amount is reduced, and the problems that due to crawler adhesion, the shearing height of crawler teeth is reduced, and consequently a crawler-type submarine mining car slips and sinks are solved.

    本发明公开了一种海底采矿车履带自清洁除粘装置及方法,包括履带行走装置、主动除粘装置、被动除粘装置、实时传感监测装置及打滑预警装置;履带行走装置位于车体两侧,挡板位于履带上方,具有圆形开口,用于悬挂多排弹簧;弹簧下部悬挂有组合刷,组合刷包括配重块,无线遥控振动单元及柔性毛刷;履带单元的履带板上部具有方形金属槽,该金属槽具有开口,用于放置金属块,上表面具有圆形开孔,外部有合页铰链对金属槽进行控制;履带板履齿外形为自上而下高度逐渐增加的楔形。本发明通过电化学及机械结构可自动在集矿车工作过程中实现自动清洁,减少土体粘附量,解决由于履带粘附导致的履齿剪切高度降低,导致的履带式海底采矿车打滑、沉陷等问题。
