According to the method, the optimal operation strategy of the vehicle in the feed state can be determined according to the electric quantity, the vehicle speed and the operation mode of the power battery, the hydrogen engine hybrid power system is further controlled to operate based on the optimal operation strategy, electricity balance of the whole vehicle is guaranteed, and energy consumption is reduced to the maximum extent while the electric quantity of the power battery is guaranteed.
