The invention provides a brake cylinder pressure control method and system, and relates to the technical field of bullet trains. Calculating an actual pressure control error based on the brake cylinder pressure set value and the actual pressure value; judging whether the actual pressure control error reaches a first target error or not; in response to the fact that the actual pressure control error reaches the first target error, pressure control is ended; in response to the fact that the actual pressure control error does not reach the first target error, whether the actual pressure control error reaches a second target error or not is judged, and if the actual pressure control error does not reach the second target error, all valve ports of the pressure regulating valve are opened; and if the second target error is reached, valve port opening degree keeping control is carried out to enable the valve port of the pressure regulating valve to keep dynamic stability. The pressure regulating valve is directly connected with the brake cylinder, and the pressure regulating valve is controlled by two groups of large-flow air charging valves and exhaust valves, so that the response time is shorter, and the control structure is simpler than that of the existing motor train unit.

    本发明提供了一种制动缸压力控制方法和系统,涉及动车技术领域,方法包括:获取制动缸当前的压力实际值;基于制动缸压力设定值和压力实际值计算实际压力控制误差;判断实际压力控制误差是否达到第一目标误差;响应于实际压力控制误差达到第一目标误差,结束压力控制;响应于实际压力控制误差未达到第一目标误差,判断实际压力控制误差是否达到第二目标误差,若未达到第二目标误差,则将压力调节阀的阀口全部打开;若达到第二目标误差,则进行阀口开度保持控制使压力调节阀的阀口保持动态稳定。本申请采用压力调节阀直接与制动缸相连,且压力调节阀采用了两组大流量的充风阀和排风阀进行控制,具有更快的响应时间,控制结构相比现有动车组更简单。
