The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted inertial sensor cluster system which is arranged in a safety air bag controller and comprises a low-precision six-axis inertial sensor (1), a high-precision six-axis inertial sensor (2), an explosion safety logic controller (3), a microcontroller MCU (4) and a CAN module (5). The low-precision six-axis inertial sensor (1) is respectively in communication connection with the explosion safety logic controller (3) and the microcontroller MCU (4); the high-precision six-axis inertial sensor (2) is in communication connection with the microcontroller (4); the microcontroller MCU (4) is in communication connection with the CAN module (5); and data of the vehicle-mounted inertial sensor cluster system is output to a corresponding module of the vehicle through the CAN module (5). Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the number of inertial sensors of the whole vehicle is reduced, the cost of the whole vehicle is reduced, the safety level is improved, the usability and redundancy are enhanced, and track plotting is provided for the whole vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种车载惯性传感器集群系统,该系统布置在安全气囊控制器内,所述系统包括低精度六轴惯性传感器(1)、高精度六轴惯性传感器(2)、点爆安全逻辑控制器(3)、微控制器MCU(4)和CAN模块(5);所述低精度六轴惯性传感器(1)分别与点爆安全逻辑控制器(3)和微控制器MCU(4)通信连接;所述高精度六轴惯性传感器(2)与微控制器(4)通信连接;所述微控制器MCU(4)与CAN模块(5)通信连接;所述车载惯性传感器集群系统的数据通过CAN模块(5)输出到车辆的对应模块。与现有技术相比,本发明具有减少整车惯性传感器的数量、降低整车成本、提高安全级别、增强可用性和冗余性、为整车提供航迹推算等优点。
