The invention relates to the technical field of new energy automobile thermal management, and provides a thermal management system, a control method and an automobile. The heat management system comprises a refrigerating loop and a bypass branch, and the bypass branch can provide virtual load for the compressor and improve the air outlet temperature of the evaporator. By means of the mode of additionally arranging the bypass branch, an original mode of adjusting through starting and stopping of the compressor is replaced, and damage and power consumption caused by frequent starting and stopping of the compressor are reduced. The pressure sensor is adopted to monitor the state of the evaporator, and the reaction time is adjusted due to the fact that the pressure detection speed is higher than the temperature detection speed. By adjusting the opening degree of the bypass expansion valve, the rotating speed of the compressor can be increased, the refrigerant flow in the system can be increased, the oil return performance of the compressor can be improved under the low-load state, and the situation that noise is generated due to frequent starting and stopping of the compressor, and the comfort of a passenger compartment is affected is avoided.
